As the nights begin to draw in quicker, we are now officially in Autumn as I write the October COVID-19 update.
For many of us the ‘new normal’ is getting somewhat more familar and many of our suppliers & clients have really bounced back to over and above the standard volumes of business. We will continue to deliver loads of quality as we have throughout the initial lockdown period and more so than ever want to provide the best possible service and excellence to our customers.
That being said, we have also seen the rules changing in various parts of the country over the past couple of months. And whilst currently the UK are operating in the ‘new normal’, more areas are increasingly getting more restrictons imposed. If you do have any shipments for areas that do have to go into regional lockdowns please do contact us before doing so should you have any concerns and ensure that your consignee is going to be able to accept delivery.
We are monitoring the Government advice daily and any changes if required going forward, will be communicated out as promptly as possible. As noted before, we are still ensuring full adherence to the government guidance in the workplace with social distancing in place and PPE in place to ensure our employees are kept safe whilst at work and to ensure we all stay protected.
We have also installed a QR code at our depot premises to ensure all staff are using the track and trace app so that we can keep everyone safe.
We are here to help local businesses bounce back and connect you to wider UK markets and Europe through our Pallet Network Distribution. Throughout spooky month, we are running our halloween #notricksjusttreats campaign. Make sure you keep an eye on our social media profiles for many suprises and treats this month!
As before, we are still very much operating as usual and are here when you need us for your transport requirements. If we can support your distribution needs as companies return back into the workplace, please get in touch with us.
Stay safe everyone and have a good month.
