Customer charter unveiled with commitment to improve distribution service and value for money


Group commitment to on-going openness and expansion is key part of South West economic growth.

 

To help companies’ distribute their goods and products for shipment to outlets across the United Kingdom and Europe, C&D South West have designed and engineered a unique customer service charter that brings a new service level to the pallet distribution industry. The charter and continued expansion of C&D South West are the first steps in the company’s transformation plan under the leadership of MD Darren Hammond, and marks an on-going commitment to logistics growth in the South West.

 

“Many pallet and logistic companies use pricing as the only driving factor for customers but our 20 years’ experience in the industry clearly shows that customer service is paramount,” explains Darren.

The charter makes five promises to customers including pricing advantages; risk free trading partnerships; service excellence; value for money and user friendly technology. C&D South West will measure and report on its performance to enable customers to see progress as it works towards improving customer service.

 

To further commit to the South West economy C&D South West is already expanding its operations with more trucks and pallet storage to ensure that its 24/7 operations are optimized for 21st century transport needs.
