23rd March- COVID19 Update

See below statement on behalf of C & D South West and the Palletforce Network further to the Prime Ministers announcement this evening.

Our employees, clients and suppliers should be assured that both C & D South West and the Palletforce network will be operating as close to normal as possible.

As we are classed as key workers, no imminent changes are to be enforced following the PM’s announcement tonight. The logistics and transport sector is playing a crucial role in keeping the country running. It has been designated a critical sector and our respective distribution teams have accordingly been given “key worker” status.

I can confirm that the Company will be reviewing the situation on a daily basis. This pandemic is a fast changing and fluid environment, and these unique and unprecedented circumstances could yet change.

We will continue to take all responsible steps to protect our workforce as we have done so throughout the current emergency.

Please stay safe and take all precautions necessary to protect yourselves and your families. We must look forward with hope and optimism and by working together we will come through this.
