We are writing to share an important update to the Christmas Operating Plan for 2025, and to highlight some important changes that may affect your consignments during the festive period.
Key Updates:

Christmas Delivery Surcharge: A new surcharge code (“XD – Christmas Delivery”) must apply to all deliveries scheduled for 24th, 29th, 30th and 31st December 2025. This surcharge will be available to select from Monday 15th December 2025.

European Departures: Updated departure schedules for all European destinations are now included. Please ensure you review these dates carefully when planning shipments.
What This Means for You:

Any consignments requiring delivery on 24th, 29th, 30th or 31st December must be manifested by 17:00 on Tuesday 23rd December 2025 with the “XD – Christmas Delivery” surcharge selected.

Please ensure the required delivery date is clearly stated in the manifest notes.
European Departure Highlights:

Final departures for most EU countries will take place between 12th–22nd December 2025, with services resuming in early January 2026. Please contact us directly should you require dates for a specific country.
We kindly ask all customers to plan ahead and factor these changes into your Christmas shipping schedules.
