Lorna Hammond, C&D’s Managing Director said,
“I knew that embarking on this Master’s Degree course back in January 2020 was going to be a challenge, however I am now very proud to have been awarded this degree and attending the graduation this month was a very special event for me.
Completing a Master’s whilst running a business has certainly not been easy, but very rewarding and I am very excited to continue applying the knowledge, skills and behaviours I have learnt and developed on this course at my organisation.
As the third-generation leader within this company, I am delighted to continue in my role as Managing Director with this qualification behind me and take ‘delivering loads of quality’ to the next level.
I would also like to take this opportunity thank the University of Sheffield, all the team at C&D, my family and friends for all the support over the last few years that has enabled me to achieve this qualification”
