As the first day of advent has passed, we are officially in the Festive Season as I write the December COVID-19 update.
We are now coming out of a second national lockdown and entering the tier system across the UK for the restrictions. More information on this can be seen here.
Keeping up our service levels and ensuring the safety of all are our main priorities throughout the Christmas period. After a busy Black Friday weekend and Cyber Monday, we will continue to deliver loads of quality and support our clients with distribution requirements over this busy time. The service levels are still operating as normal however If you do have any shipments for areas that are perhaps in tier 3 or need to go into local lockdown, please do contact us before doing so should you have any concerns and ensure that your consignee is going to be able to accept delivery.
We are monitoring the Government advice daily and any changes if required going forward, will be communicated out as promptly as possible. As noted before, we are still ensuring full adherence to the government guidance in the workplace with social distancing in place and PPE in place to ensure our employees are kept safe whilst at work and to ensure we all stay protected.
