We are writing to advise of possible disruption on the roads this week.
Please be aware due to national rail strikes already impacting the volume of traffic on the UK road infrastructure and the volume of traffic coming to the county for Glastonbury festival, this may have an impact on certain deliveries and collection points.
We are already seeing the impact of this on the roads today and estimate this will have a possible knock on effect on some service levels across the rest of the week.
The public have been advised not travel by train and therefore road networks will see an increasing demand. Last-minute talks between unions and rail bosses are set to continue on Monday ahead of planned walkouts on most major lines on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
